Ascendigo

Ascendigo provides opportunities for growth and independence for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Including summer sports camps,  employment services, in-home behavioral therapy, and life coaching.

A Way Out

A Way Out provides education, referrals and treatment and recovery support for adolescents, adults and families dealing with alcohol and drug addiction.

Alpine Legal Services

Alpine Legal Services works to connect the community to legal aid, mediation and other legal resources.

Aspen Education Foundation

Aspen Education Foundation raises money to fund programs and positions of distinction, identifying programs that are vital for students, but are not funded by the State of Colorado. In the school year 2020/21 AEF will be a major funding partner of Aspen Family Connections.

Aspen Strong

Aspen Strong promotes mental hygiene, screenings and connects the mental health resources in the Roaring Fork Valley with an online provider directory.

Aspen Youth Center

AYC provides a safe and supportive place where youth in grades 4 through 12 connect, learn, and grow during their out of school hours, for free.

Catholic Charities

Catholic Charities is open to, and serves, all people with emergency assistance needs (rent/utilities/medical/transportation, housing/homelessness services and many other supports.

English in Action

English in Action strengthens the quality of life for the community by helping adults learn to read, write, and speak English and by building cross-cultural relationships.

Family Visitor Programs supports families through pregnancy until their children are three years old, with a range of free programs

Family Resource Center of the Roaring Fork School District

The Family Resource Center of the Roaring Fork Schools is Aspen Family Connections’ big sister organization, connecting families to community resources and providing case-management.

La Medichi

La Medichi is a savings club, enabling people to create the habit of savings by combining the trust of community with the security and ease of a mobile app.

LIFT-UP operates food pantries and other programs throughout the valley, providing food and humanitarian essentials.

Mind Springs Health

Mind Springs is the community’s provider of counseling and therapy for mental wellness, offering a wide range of services in  mental health and addiction recovery care.

Mountain Family Health Centers provide affordable medical, behavioral and dental care.

Mountain Valley Developmental Services

Pathfinders

Pathfinders is a psycho-social support program for cancer and chronically-ill patients, those suffering from grief and loss, caregivers, family members and the community

Pitkin County Economic Services helps families in need of financial, food or medical assistance and is available to to assist all Pitkin County Residents apply for economic assistance benefits.

River Bridge provides collaborative services to child abuse victims, their families, and the community in a supportive environment through a child-centered approach.

Rocky Mountain Health Plans (Medicaid)

Rocky Mountain Health Plans supports beneficiaries of Health First Colorado (Colorado’s Medicaid Program) and Child Health Plan Plus (CHP+) in finding the coverage and care they need.

The Arc of the Central Mountains

The Arc of the Central Mountains promotes and protects the human rights of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities through advocacy and support services.

The Aspen Hope Center

The Aspen Hope Center provides mental health services including 24-hour Hopeline, crisis intervention, information and referral, and individual counseling

Valley Life for All

Valley Life for All works to create access to resources and  new opportunities that support choice for people with disabilities, or as they like to say, people with all abilities, their families and communities

Valley Settlement works with immigrant families in the Roaring Fork Valley to promote early childhood development, advance opportunity, and reduce barriers to accessing vital community resources

WindWalkers is an equine assisted learning and therapy center with a family-centered approach, providing a variety of equine assisted therapies to aid in the development and growth of those with challenges, be they physical, neurological, emotional, behavioral or psychological.
